GoSource is based in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, and like you, we are feeling the impact firsthand. That’s why we are leading the LA Rebuild Co-Op—a community-driven effort to secure fair pricing and priority access to essential construction materials for homeowners and professionals.

Is there a cost to join?
No. It’s completely free—this is a community-driven effort to help homeowners rebuild affordably.
How will I know what’s available?
We’ll send you frequent updates on new material deals, supplier commitments, and contractor availability, so you have the information you need when the time is right.
Can I still use my own contractor?
Yes! If you have a contractor, we can help align materials and pricing to ensure you get the best options through the co-op.
Can I find contractors?
We are actively building a list of vetted contractors. As part of the co-op, you will receive frequent updates, including new contractor recommendations alongside material pricing deals.
